FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How does the service work?
Once you have scheduled a pickup, bag up your laundry items and leave them outside your front door no later than 8:00am on the day of pickup. A driver will arrive to pickup your laundry between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm and will text you once your order is picked up. With our contactless service, you do not need to be home for pickup or delivery. The invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed and we will text you again once your order has been delivered.
2. When will I receive my laundry back?
Pickups and deliveries are available Monday through Friday. If your order is less than 50lbs, it will be returned the next business day. If it's more than 50lbs, it will be returned in 2 business days and if it's over 100lbs, it will be returned in 3 business days. Orders with mold remediation treatment will take at least one extra processing day due to the required treatment. Pickups or deliveries are not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
3. How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Pricing is charged by the pound, except for oversized items. Comforters, mattress pads, and oversized bedding items are a flat rate of $25.00 each. Rugs vary by size ranging from $10.00 to $25.00 each. There is a $35.00 minimum charge for all orders. Sales tax is added to all orders. An invoice will be emailed to you after your order is picked up and processed. There is a link in the email to pay with a credit card, debit card or checking account. Payment can also be processed over the phone by contacting us at 561-717-7780. Payment is required prior to delivery.
4. What areas do you provide service?
We service most areas of Palm Beach County, Florida including West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Palm Springs, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton. Our free pickup and delivery area include areas east of the Turnpike. We are able to accommodate orders west of the Turnpike, but a surcharge will apply. Please contact us directly at 561-717-7780 to inquire of the surcharge for areas west of the Turnpike.
5. What laundry products do you use?
We currently offer Tide Original, All Free & Clear, and Seventh Generation Plant Based detergents.
6. Are hangers included?
Yes, formal items such as dresses and collared shirts are placed on hangers for no additional charge.
7. What settings are used to laundry clothing?
All orders are washed separately and never combined with other orders. All clothing is washed in cold water and dried on the lowest setting to prevent damage. You will select your detergent preference during booking and hypoallergenic options are available. According to the Department of Health and Human Services Household Products database, fabric softeners can increase flammability in clothing. For this reason, fabric softener is not used, but we are happy to provide it for no additional charge. Just make sure to request it when placing your order.
8. How should I prepare for my first order?
We ask for you to check and empty all pockets before bagging your laundry. We cannot be responsible for stains or damage from items left in pockets, such as lipstick, gum, pens, etc. Place your laundry in a heavy duty bag (plastic garbage bag) or laundry bag and have your order ready for pickup by 8:00am. Laundry bags are available for purchase.
9. Do I need to separate my laundry items?
No. We'll sort everything out before it's washed. We even do our best to sort your laundry by family member before we package and bag it for delivery.
10. Is expedite processing available?
Absolutely! Expedite processing is available for a $25.00 surcharge. Please contact us to prior to placing your order if expedite processing is needed.
11. What if I have a question about my order?
